Making A Purchase Online
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Shoping Cart" button. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Delivery Schedule
We endevour to dispach orders within 48 hours. Some items are hand made and may take longer.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is INCLUDED in the price. For outside the UK and EU we will deduct 17.5% from your order total .

Ordering from outside the UK
For outside the UK, all orders are taken by us in UK Sterling and are converted by your credit card company into your currency which will be shown on your credit card statement.

Postage costs
A fee of £3.50 is added to your order for small items shipped within the UK. For outside the UK and heavy items we will charge post at cost price with a minimum charge of £3.50 sterling. Please call or email for more info.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
