In the main house there are four rooms measuring: 2 @ 260mm wide x 195mm high x 350mm deep / 2 @ 275mm wide x 195mm high x 350mm deep.

Through the centre of this house is a magnificent stairwell/hall, which is 180mm wide. The attic gives you a further two rooms and a wide stairwell. Oak House is manufactured in 9mm MDF. The individual sashes are 6mm and the beams are 4mm. Two stairs, hinges, cils, PVA glue and full assembly instructions are included.
